We Share the Good News of Salvation with Power and Grace. If the Lord has put it on your heart, a vehicle donation or a gift of real estate can preach long after the keys change hands. Many friends of this ministry choose to donate a car to charity in Texas, donate their vehicle to carry crusade teams, or donate real estate to a nonprofit that will put it to work for souls. We would like to walk with you through it, simply and honestly.

A car in a driveway loses value every day. Land sitting idle just sits. Given to the work, that same car and that same land become fuel for a crusade — and we treat your gift the way it deserves: as an investment in eternity.

2. Meet and transfer — we arrange a time, complete the title transfer together, and hand you a written acknowledgment of your gift.
3. Your gift preaches — the vehicle serves evangelism, or its sale sends the gospel where it has never gone.

You can donate property to a church ministry: land, a house, inherited property, or commercial real estate. A gift of real estate can become a base for ministry operations and youth outreach — or be sold to fund crusades.
Three simple steps:
1. Talk with us first — every property gift begins with a conversation, never a transfer.
2. Review together — we look at the title, the condition, and how the property can serve the work, and we confirm we can receive it.
3. Transfer and receipt — the deed is transferred to Romero Ministry Association Inc, and we provide your written acknowledgment and sign the donee portion of IRS Form 8283 when it applies.

The answer is simple: we receive vehicle and property gifts from supporters in Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and across the country. Wherever a gifted car, truck, or piece of land sits, we can receive it and steward it well — put it to work for the ministry, or sell it and send every dollar of the proceeds into evangelism. Write to us at info@hiskingdomministry.org and tell us about the vehicle you would like to donate. We arrange a time to meet, complete the title transfer together, and give you a written acknowledgment of your gift for your records. From there, the vehicle is put to work for the ministry or, when that serves the mission better, sold so the proceeds fuel evangelism.
A clear title makes the transfer simple: you sign the title over to Romero Ministry Association Inc, and we handle the paperwork with you at the time of the donation. If your title is lost, Texas allows the owner to apply for a certified copy of title before the transfer — call us first and we will walk through your situation with you. Please do not sign or date the title until we complete it together.
We can receive cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, boats, RVs, and farm or work equipment, running or not, in the greater Conroe and Houston area of Texas. For real estate, we can consider land, houses, inherited property, and commercial property. Every gift of real estate is reviewed first — clear title, condition, and how it can serve the work — before we accept it, so please contact us before starting any transfer.
Yes. Romero Ministry Association Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 84-4413282), and we provide a written acknowledgment for every donated vehicle or property gift. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. For noncash gifts valued over $5,000 — which includes most real estate — the IRS generally requires Form 8283 and a qualified appraisal; we sign the donee portion of Form 8283 to confirm receipt of your gift. We are not tax advisors, so we encourage you to consult your own tax professional about your specific situation.
Directly. Vehicles carry our teams, sound equipment, and materials to crusades and village outreaches. Usable property can serve ministry operations and youth outreach. When a donated vehicle or property cannot be used directly, we may sell it and put every dollar of the proceeds into evangelism — reaching people who have never heard the good news of salvation. Every gift is treated as a sacred trust.
